Nancy Dibble, of Niantic and formerly of Westbrook,

passed away suddenly Sept. 13, 2026, due to injuries from a fall.
Born Dec. 8, 1952, Nancy was a proud graduate of

East Lyme High School and, upon graduation,

was recruited by United Bank in Essex.

It was there she met and later married Arthur “Bud” Dibble.
Together they spent many happy years

boating on the Connecticut River, snowmobiling in Vermont

and riding and showing her horses.

Upon retirement they traveled the United States extensively.

Nancy is predeceased by her beloved Bud; her parents, Marion and Earl Rathbun; her brothers, Pete Rathbun and Terry Rathbun.

She is survived by her brother Richard and his wife Carol Rathbun; sister-in-law Rosemary Rathbun; several nieces and nephews;

and her lifelong friend Patricia Bayreuther.
